The Opportunity Exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant looking to take the next step in their career towards a leadership role, joining a business that how grown exponentially year on year for the past 5 years.
This role would suit someone who enjoys the dynamics of a multi-site organisation that is stakeholder driven and offers the chance to get into a wide range of things including supporting budget managers, developing value-add reporting and supporting the development of junior team members, building a strong foundation for a leadership role in the future.

Your Role
Support the development and implementation of financial strategies that align with company goals
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives, and supporting the budget managers financial acumen.
Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement, communicating this information back to both operations and finance teams
Oversee cost control measures and provide cost analysis to support business decisions.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
Mentor and guide junior accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Your Profile
3+ years post CA/CPA/CIMA qualification experience in a Management Accountant role or similar, within a corporate organisation
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and business strategy.
Proficiency in using ERP systems and have advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse complex financial data sets
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Any leadership exposure would be a bonus, but is certainly not required
