A 60’s start-up, today we source and supply products to some of the world’s largest international grocery chains and big box retailers. Our offices are in China, Vietnam, Australia, USA, Canada, UK and Europe, with our head office here in Birkenhead. 

Our GM and Directors are busy people, leading teams and continuing to grow the business. It is time to bring on an experienced and talented colleague to work with them and the management team, providing support to some of our sourcing and sales teams, in a number of locations. Mentoring people and developing teams, so they can be the best they can be, is a key facet of the role. 

All three directors are fun to work with and generous with their knowledge and support. They love what they do and have considerable expertise and experience working in Asia and around the globe. It is a flat structure with plenty of opportunity to grow the business and your career. 

We have developed a new system to manage how we work and deliver and more new tools are on the way. We have a love of design and all it can do for our customer and their customers. Our in-house design team is a key point of difference in many of our markets.

It is essential you have industry experience as a manager and leader in retail, sourcing or supply. You will have a natural ability to build long term trusted relationships with customers and solve complex problems constructively, while maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency. Some of our longest and most valued relationships are with our suppliers in China, so we are keen to hear about your experience building strong relationships offshore too.
