About the Role


 


We’re looking for a 3.5 month fixed term Senior Marketing Executive to start in April. This role will own in-house design and drive our retail marketing and CRM programmes from strategy through to execution and analysis.


 


This role leads customer-facing campaigns across in-store channels, digital platforms, and customer databases to grow engagement, loyalty and sales.


 


You’ll balance hands-on delivery with strategic input, working within the frameworks set by the Head of Marketing while having the autonomy to make campaign-level decisions and optimise performance.


 


What you'll be responsible for:



  • Lead retail marketing and CRM campaigns end-to-end - planning, targeting, execution, reporting and optimisation

  • Create and deliver in-house design assets including marketing materials, menus and signage using Adobe Suite, Canva and related tools.

  • Contribute to packaging and branding initiative and supporting internal teams

  • Develop and optimise CRM programmes including email, app notifications and loyalty and customer communications

  • Manage the retail promotional calendar and forecast campaign impact on foot traffic and sales

  • Drive growth and performance across CRM and loyalty programmes

  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all retail and digital platforms

  • Lead cross-channel campaigns such as app launches, seasonal promotions and CRM activations

  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver insights and recommendations

  • Manage paid social campaigns and content across Meta and TikTok, including execution optimisation and performance tracking

  • Support activity and community engagement to grow brand presence

  • Track campaign budgets, costs and ROI

  • Act as a key contact for leadership, agencies and external partners

  • Represent marketing in cross-functional projects

  • Work closely with Activations and Brand Executive to help out where necessary maintain brand consistency


 


What you’ll bring:



  • 3 years' experience in Marketing Executive role

  • Experienced in Design, CRM, Social Media and Project Management

  • Ideally have experience in retail marketing, CRM or campaign management

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and promotional calendars

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer databases and marketing systems

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
