We're keen to hear from experienced planners with diverse backgrounds who are business minded and excited about leadership, growth, and making a meaningful impact.

You will stand out to us if you have the following

  • 6+ years of planning experience, (12+ for Principal) with a strong understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA), planning policy, and consenting processes.

  • Proven experience in preparing and reviewing resource consent applications, policy submissions, and assessments of environmental effects (AEE’s).

  • Strong technical knowledge of planning legislation and frameworks, including the RMA, National Policy Statements, and relevant district and regional plans.
