This role is based in either our Wellington or our Auckland office.

In this role, your accountabilities will include:  

• Lead the campaign lifecycle for a portfolio of premier clients, from setup and strategy development to ongoing optimisation and insightful reporting across key digital channels.
• Dive deep into analytics to unearth insights that inform strategies and directly contribute to client success.
• Champion continuous improvement through rigorous testing and optimisation, aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Articulate complex findings and strategies to clients, ensuring transparency and actionable insights.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a learning environment.

What’s needed to succeed?

• 3+ years on the tools experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads Youtube, Display & Bing ads campaigns.
• Experience in SEO and web analytics, with a comprehensive understanding of their interplay in enhancing digital marketing outcomes.
• Experience using Chat GPT and AI based tools.
• Experience using Google Tag manager, GA4 and Google search console.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - you will enjoy getting stuck into data to find actionable insights for clients.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• A desire to learn. We like our people to build capability across all the Digital Advertising channels, so that they are well-positioned to recommend the best approach for our clients.
• Insatiable curiosity. Constantly asking questions and challenging information to seek better outcomes for clients.
• Being grounded, humble and able to have a laugh (often at your own expense) - being relaxed in your own skin and not carrying a big ego is critical!
• A willingness to run fast at a challenge and be accountable for your results.
