About the role:

With a strong pipeline of projects falling in the $50mil - $200mil bracket and consisting of Commercial, Apartments, Data centres, Retail and more, this national main contractor is needing a Senior Planner/programmer to work across the business on multiple large-scale projects. The role will be split between site and the office.

About you:

At least 4 years experience as a Construction planner/programmer
2+ years NZ experience
A thorough understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing
Be able to write programs for tenders
Experience administering programs with EOTs
Familiar with NZ3910
Be able to track live projects and report on progress
