What We Are Doing:
To enable our future retail strategy and electrify our customers lives we are partnering with market-leading energy and utilities providers to roll out a billing and CRM Programme to create a simpler, smarter and faster customer business.

The role
Take ownership of this newly created role, as you lead the end-to-end procurement process for the next phase of the Programme including ensuring that all commercial engagements required to enable the next phases of the Programme are efficiently completed.

The role requires a seasoned senior procurement professional with technology experience working quickly across a large and complex Programme of work involving multiple vendors / 3rd parties. You will provide appropriate levels of commercial control and risk mitigation, while supporting the delivery teams to move quickly into execution as per the agreed timelines and schedules.

About you
You will have an impact immediately to this essential project. With a solid background and experience in technology procurement, you know how to work with a diverse range of stakeholders and adeptly navigate complex environments. You are resilient and proactive, capable of taking initiative and collaborating effectively with project managers and delivery leads focused on outcomes. Strong commercial and relationship management skills are crucial. Previous experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role within a large, complex, multi-site, service-oriented organisation is required.
