Job Description - Senior/ Public Relations & Marketing Communications Executive

Senior/ Public Relations & Marketing Communications Executive Senior/ Public Relations & Marketing Communications Executive Public Relations & Corporate Affairs (Marketing & Communications) The incumbent will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Public Relations & Marketing Communications and will be responsible in supporting the integrated marketing portfolio for the hotel, comprising of online and offline marketing, eCommerce activities, branding, and public relations. Job Responsibilities Managing the administrative tasks, including coordinating and managing PR-related activities such as media pitching, press release writing and distribution, handling media queries, media hosting, media drop, and the stewarding of media relationships. Consolidate and prepare monthly press and media clippings for internal review and reporting. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign implementation. Assist in managing and updating content for owned channels such as the hotel's website, and other digital platforms, as well as content management for online travel agencies (OTAs) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available. Assist in managing the hotel's social media presence, including content strategy and creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community management of social media channels. Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and followers. Assist in developing key opinion leader (KOL) outreach programs for the hotel's key source markets, including the planning of KOL collaborations and engagements. Assist in creating on-brand digital and print collateral and conducting annual brand audit in alignment to Momentus Hospitality's brand standards. Assist in monitoring and analysing the hotel's performance metrics such as web analytics, social media analytics, and campaign results. Provide regular reports to Director of Public Relations & Marketing Communications and relevant stakeholders. Requirements A university degree and/or at least 2 years of equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field. Intermediate understanding of branding, marketing concepts, digital marketing, social media management, content management, public relations, and partnerships. Demonstrated experience in handling partnerships, project management, including overseeing campaign execution, performance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), image and/or video editing software, and photography skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task. Team player with a can-do attitude, who is able to navigate through ambiguity. Knowledge of the hospitality industry or similar field is a plus.
