Consult is an established, respected group of specialists, covering recruitment in IT & Digital, Accounting & Finance, Professional Services and Financial Services, we are now the largest specialist agency in our niche. We have the benefits of a corporate agency and the fresh thinking of a start-up (which means we have an excellent candidate pool, an established client base and great internal processes and training).

We have strong, long-term relationships with a number of NZs large and small businesses, especially in the Accounting, Risk and Tech space. We are in the process of growing our offering, hence we’re looking for someone to help drive and support this growth.

   
A little bit about the role
    
We are very lucky at Consult as all of our recruiters have specialists helping us find the best talent out there, so your role with focused on meeting and building meaningful relationships with FS people (clients and candidates and managing recruitment processes. You’ll be working closely with another senior specialist and also reporting to our most experienced manager.

We have great clients and networks in the FS space, so this is more focused around helping us grow our FS offering within an existing client base. This specific role with focus on roles typically qualified and above.

So who are you and what is your profile
    
You will be an experienced A&F recruiter (permanent, contract and/or at all levels), with experience working in NZ or overseas, someone who doesn’t want to just fill jobs they want to fill them with the best people and a drive for growth. Someone who wants to be one of the best recruiters in the market.
    
Key to your success is to take real ownership of your work, but also your ability to work well with the wider team for the greater good of the industry communities you work with.
