Job Description - Senior Sales Manager

About the role

Create & execute a strategic sales plan, expand customer base and brand reach
Research and identify lead opportunities
Sales budget setting and management
Attend trade and consumer events as required, convert event trade sales
With the help of marketing, create and own sales collateral
Working with the management team to create products and events to sell
Build relationships with external stakeholders, maintain a presence
Working with marketing, help drive online sales

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a Sales Manager role
Industry experience within either hospitality, tourism or wine
Outstanding communicator, strong at building relationships and connections
Offer an inspirational leadership style
Be super organised in your working, this will be critical to work across all of the projects
Personally be a tenacious, creative, solutions focused professional
