Senior Sales Representitive - Collaborative Environment

The Rubbertrack Warehouse has been the leading supplier of Rubber tracks and Track Pads to New Zealand businesses for nearly 30 years.The current owners took over the business in 2004. We are proud to be a 100% NZ owned and operated family business. Our Auckland office and warehouse are located in Wiri Auckland and we distribute to customers all over New Zealand.

The Role - 

We are excited to offer the role of Senior Sales Representative, due to the upcoming retirement of our respected Technical and Sales Manager. In this role you will be expected to maintain our existing client base, as well as identify and maximize sales opportunities, with a focus on Key Accounts.There will be an excellent opportunity for a smooth hand-over, ensuring continuity and success in this tight knit team.

Responsibilities - 

• To continue to grow the business by achieving the annual sales plan.
• To develop new sales opportunities particularly with Key accounts at head office level.
• Help with analyzing and forecasting inventory requirements.
• Contribute to planning target markets.
• Provide monthly and quarterly business reporting.
• Overnight travel as required to service the regions.

We are ideally looking for - 

• A sales professional with a strong sales background preferably in industrial sales.
• Trade qualifications in diesel or mechanical repair would be advantageous.
• Someone with strong and consistent sales results.
• Key account management skills.
• a high degree of computer literacy including Microsoft word, Excel analysis and Power-point.
• Self managed and task focused to achieve agreed goals and tasks with minimal day to day supervision.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have an ability to build rapport and form solid relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Must have a full clean New Zealand drivers licence.
