Our products are used in architectural homes, commercial buildings and iconic buildings, designed to last for over 100 years.About the Role: We are offering a permanent position to a Sheetmetal Welder/Engineer. You will be responsible for delivering welding and manufacturing projects in our sheetmetal workshop and on site.What you will be doing: Fabricating a variety of steel products using mild metal and sheetmetal from drawingsHandling, cutting, and assembling aluminium, copper, brass and other roofing & cladding materialsAn integral part of the larger team producing quality work and ensuring good workflow to meet deadlinesQualifications, Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in welding and engineering.Must have experience with aluminium joinery fabrication, ideally with a relevant trade qualificationDegree or Diploma in welding engineering or related fieldAbility to work as part of a team and autonomouslyPrevious experience managing a teamExcellent knowledge of reading and interpreting drawingsExceptional communication and organisational skillsWork un-supervised, motivated and self-dependentReview procedures, processes and documentationMeasure, cut and weld according to specifications, drawings and blueprintsMaintain a clean and orderly work spacePerform other related duties as assignedStrong organisational and administrative skillsPossess analytical and problem-solving skillsWe offer excellent training where needed, competitive remuneration in line with experience, with a potential path for career growth and a great team environment. Please note that due to the high volume of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.If you have a proven track record of success and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, APPLY NOW below.
