What you’ll do

• Dive into a complex, established codebase - learn how it ticks and find ways to make it cleaner and smarter.
• Maintain and evolve our Identity and Access Management system.
• Drive continuous improvement of our Core system - keeping it reliable, secure, and high-performing.
• Collaborate across teams, turning feedback and ideas into working solutions.
• Bring curiosity, creativity, and a sharp eye for detail to everything you do.

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience with React and C#.
• Comfortable working in complex systems.
• A knack for spotting inefficiencies and finding elegant fixes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills - you enjoy working with others to solve problems.
• A focus on secure, reliable, maintainable code.
