Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate - Corporate and Commercial

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented senior solicitor or senior associate in our leading corporate and commercial team that specialises in mergers and acquisitions transactions and general corporate advisory.  If you are looking to take your career to another level – the opportunity exists here.

You will be joining a highly experienced team.  In this role you will be exposed to a wide variety of corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, capital raisings, shareholding arrangements and corporate advisory.  This team works for a range of top international and domestic clients on interesting and complex corporate transactions.

You would be joining a committed team that works collegially on challenging legal work, in a thriving and supportive environment.

What matters to us

We value people who are passionate, curious, innovative and bring a different perspective.  To be successful in this role, you would ideally:

• Have four to seven years' PQE in corporate and commercial law with some experience in private M&A


• Be passionate about furthering your career in corporate and commercial law


• Enjoy working collaboratively within the team, across the firm and with clients


• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, innovative, and keen on developing yourself through continuous learning.
