Senior Solicitor - Tax

We have an exciting opportunity in our Auckland office for a talented senior solicitor with at least three to four years PQE to join our top-tier tax team.  You’ll work directly alongside our highly respected tax partner, Tony Wilkinson, on some of the firm’s most significant and high-profile deals.

Our tax team is known for its close collaboration with our corporate and banking and finance teams, tackling a wide spectrum of work - from M&A, corporate restructurings, financing and securitisations.

What matters to us

We value people who are passionate, curious and innovative. To be successful in this role, you will also ideally have:

• at least three to four years' PQE in a law or accounting firm (you must be admitted to the bar, or able to be admitted); and


• experience with corporate tax matters relating to transactions and/or international tax.
