About the Role

The Senior Specialist, Digital Workplace is a hands‑on technical role based in Palmerston North, responsible for the day‑to‑day operational support and stability of the Digital Workplace environment across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Providing Level 1, 2, and 3 technical support, this role ensures DKSH employees have seamless access to the tools, platforms, and systems they need to perform at their best.

What You Will Deliver

• Incident resolution — Swiftly resolve complex and high‑impact incidents across Microsoft 365, end‑user devices, identity, access, and collaboration tools, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes


• Optimised digital workplace services through proactive maintenance and hands‑on operational support


• Reliable onboarding/offboarding including device provisioning, accurate asset records, and smooth employee transitions


• Data and email migrations such as file server to SharePoint/OneDrive and mailbox migrations, ensuring data integrity and security


• Workflow automation through the design and maintenance of Power Automate solutions and support for the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot


• Security and compliance by operating within global IT standards and supporting audits, risk reviews, and access provisioning


• Cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and operational performance

What You Bring

• Microsoft Windows certification


• Five or more years of hands‑on experience supporting Windows 11, network fundamentals, and end‑user technology environments


• Strong technical capability across desktop management, troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, MFA, anti‑virus, and Zscaler


• Exceptional internal customer service skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into clear, practical guidance and build strong working relationships across all levels of the business


• Experience supporting distributed or multinational technology environments


• Excellent problem‑solving skills with clear, confident communication
