    Our current Senior Systems guru has been seconded on to a major internal project, so we are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our People & Culture team. In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our P&C systems that are integral to our core business processes, including recruitment, performance management, promotions, and remuneration reviews.

    As a key player, you will ensure compliance with best practices, oversee system updates and testing, generate insightful systems reports, provide help and guidance through troubleshooting the issue our people are experiencing across our platforms. Additionally, you will be acting as the primary liaison between users and vendors, and proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to improve user experience and process efficiency.

    In this role, you will enjoy a broad range of activities, including:

  • Deliver exceptional support and training for critical People & Culture systems, including Ascender, PSE, Pivot Pay, and Cornerstone onDemand, ensuring users receive high-quality assistance
  • Creating and publishing data reports to support the P&C team and the wider business
  • Facilitate seamless People & Culture processes such as performance reviews, promotions, and remuneration by maintaining and supporting relevant systems
  • Ensure system compliance through rigorous testing of upgrades and create comprehensive systems reports.
  • Assist with user training
  • Understanding stakeholders' business needs within the people and culture team and the wider business
  • Create comprehensive training materials for both the business and the broader People & Culture team
