Position Overview: As the Senior Team Leader/Coordinator of [Company Name], you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, with a focus on educational technology leasing, driving growth, maximizing profitability, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to expand our market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive operational excellence. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will lead a talented team of professionals and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to achieve our business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

This may involve input to policy, operational systems and procedures, as well as developing and/or implementing the organisation's programmes, policies and practices.  Requirement for sound communication, consultation and facilitation skills.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the company's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to optimize operational effectiveness and scalability.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Manage the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial targets and objectives.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to support growth initiatives and maximize shareholder value.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
