We’re seeking an experienced Senior Workplace Coordinator to join our busy team and take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of a number of property and finance activities across our Workplace Services Team.
You’ll be the go-to person for property queries and will ensure that there are clear frameworks, processes and procedures in place to support the delivery of our daily work and overall work programme. With a wide and busy work programme underway, we’re looking for someone who can provide strong operational and project support and contribute to the successful delivery of our commitments.

We’re seeking a Senior Coordinator with experience from a commercial property, asset or facilities management team background. You’ll be intermediate to advance in MS Excel and have knowledge of project/property financial management.
We’re really keen to see your strong stakeholder focus and understand the importance of how workplaces can impact and make positive differences in a large and complex organisation. You will thrive on working at pace ensuring deliverables and milestones are met.
This is a Permanent full-time role, based at our National Office in Wellington's CBD.
