The role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Zero Harm Advisor to join our Lower North team. This role is to promote and facilitate the consistent delivery of health, safety and environmental (HSE) outcomes that are in line with Hawkins and Downer objectives.
The role requires someone who can engage with the local project leaders to drive improved HSE performance. You will have the ability to influence and drive initiatives through to completion. You will ensure compliance with legislative requirements and the Health & Safety at Work Act, the Resource Management Act and Hawkins/Downer HSE frameworks and standards.
