This incumbent will be responsible for supporting and executing company-wide marketing communications activities. He/She is passionate about marketing - be it content or analytics and understand digital marketing platforms and social media channels.

• Collaborate and support business units on the development and implementation of their marketing/digital marketing, and communication strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
• Support creative works involve designing, photo and video editing.
• Manage execution of digital campaigns (brand and marketing) to drive engagement rate and lead generation, and reporting.
• Create compelling content for company website, social media channels and online platforms.
• Support company corporate social responsibility (CSR) events, partnership and sponsorship initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Digital Marketing/Media/Communications or equivalent 
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B markets with various channels and sales environment.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing marketing campaign (via various media platforms), including Facebook and LinkedIn advertising, email automation marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Excellent copywriting/editing skills, and ability to adapt writing for different audiences and media.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
