Muster has a great Automotive Service Advisor opportunity with a well-known Dealership in the Wellington Region.

This is an excellent opportunity with a competitive salary package (base + commission) and scope for career progression.

Our client would consider candidates with other automotive experience and/or someone with face-to-face customer service experience in a pressured environment.

Day in the role

• Promptly deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Be a great first impression to the service department
• Explain and advise customers on technical queries or issues
• Book vehicles in for service, repairs and maintenance
• Build and nurture relationships with your customers
• Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicle
• Liaise with the workshop team on vehicle status, paperwork and invoicing
• Finding opportunities to upsell and maximize sales within the dealership

You'll be

• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to handle a pressured environment
• A people person
• Comfortable with computer work as you will be using in-house software and brand operating systems
• Be organised and proactive, the service department is a busy place!
