The highly professional sales and service team ensures clients receive industry leading customer care, so the time they spend with us translates to quality time for them on the water.
We are looking to engage the services of a Service Advisor to support our Service Department and join our amazing team.
Main role:
The main portion of this job is the responsibility of communicating to our customers updates on the work being done on their vessels. As the work progresses or is completed you would contact the vessel owners to let them know.
The job requires working closely with the Service Manager and Service Technicians.
There is also some vessel service administration where the technician's work descriptions will assist you to understand how the work is progressing.
Ensuring quality of work adheres to company standards at all times.
Ensuring that high quality service is delivered to the customers at all times.

Working Hours - 40 hours per week between 8.30am and 5.00pm weekdays. Must be prepared to work overtime to get the job done or if an emergency arises.
