Wade Group is seeking an organised and customer‑focused Service Coordinator to provide essential administrative and coordination support to our Service and Repairs function.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring service activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage service bookings, customer communication, job and quote administration, and invoicing support, helping deliver a seamless and positive experience for both customers and internal teams.
As a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders, you’ll support effective planning, accurate data management, and timely service delivery
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate service bookings, scheduling, and planning in line with service capacity and customer needs
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support for servicing and repairs activities
Maintain accurate job records, service documentation, and electronic data within Wade Group systems
Liaise with customers regarding bookings, job progress, completion timeframes, and follow‑ups
Support invoicing processes by ensuring accuracy and completeness of job information
Maintain organised and up‑to‑date service records across ERP and job management systems
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline service administration processes
You'll need:
Previous experience in service administration, coordination, or customer support (automotive or trade environment preferred)
Experience supporting bookings, quoting, and invoicing processes desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident, professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong data entry and systems capability
A proactive, collaborative team player with a supportive approach
Excellent problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
