About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Delivery Associate with experience managing stakeholders and clients to join our growing team on a
12 month fixed-term basis . The role will be responsible for providing a high level of support to multiple customers and senior stakeholders as well as assisting in the development of new business across Fujitsu.
About you
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure high customer satisfaction and service delivery. Act as the primary point-of-contact for Fujitsu clients and provide a high level of communication to both Fujitsu and external stakeholders. Ensure contractual and SLA obligations are clearly defined, understood, and met by Fujitsu technical teams and external providers. Facilitate on-going reporting and meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and develop effective communication channels. Provide an initial escalation point for all service delivery and problem resolution. Manages, motivate & develop a team directly and indirectly ensuring the team achieve their objectives & to constantly improve quality of service. Control elements of service risks, service costs & improve the productivity of low complexity contracts for Clients. Requirements and Experience:
4 years + experience of IT development and support Previous experience engaging and managing multiple stakeholders. Tertiary level education or equivalent, Ideally within computer studies. Basic understanding of financial and contractual reporting. Why Fujitsu?
