Job Description - Service Delivery Coordinator

The role 


In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of proactive fibre services across Ōtautahi. You’ll lead the coordination of installation projects (for example, multi-dwelling units and new subdivisions), ensuring our proactive fibre installation jobs are scoped, scheduled, and delivered to budget and rightthe first time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about delivering seamless outcomes for our customers. 


What you’ll be doing: 



  • Managing the end-to-end coordination of assigned proactive fibre installation projects. 



  • Liaising with developers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to standard with no re-work. 



  • Collaborating with legal, commercial, and technical teams to ensure all approvals and documentation are in place for projects. 



  • Managing work orders and scheduling in our systems, and support address management for new developments. 



  • Proactively driving progress, ensuring delivery even when reliant on other teams or partners. 



What we’re looking for 



  • Experience in customer service, case management, or coordination roles, ideally in environments with multiple stakeholders (e.g., construction, utilities, telecommunications, or service delivery). 



  • Proven ability to manage multiple cases or tasks simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and quality. 



  • Comfortable working in roles that require both phone-based customer interaction and coordination of operational tasks. 



  • Demonstrated ownership of outcomes, taking responsibility for seeing things through from start to finish. 



  • A customer-first approach with a knack for problem-solving and continuous improvement. 



  • Growth mindset and ability to think outside the box. 



  • Confidence to share ideas, and positively influence how the team works together.
