Service Delivery Coordinator (North Island)

We’re opening two InternalOpportunities:

• North Island – based in Auckland or Wellington


• South Island – based in Christchurch

Each role will report to the relevant Regional Service Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, highly visible role where you’ll sit right at the heart of our service delivery, connecting teams, driving outcomes, and making a real impact on our client delivery experience..
What this role is all about
You’ll bring together our technical, sales, and customer teams to keep everything running smoothly. From coordinating service delivery to supporting projects, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.
What you’ll be doing

• Owning and Coordinating pre‑sales activity and project delivery


• Acting as the key link between engineers, sales, and customers


• Supporting and leading small to medium‑sized projects


• Managing scheduling, resources, and delivery priorities


• Monitoring delivery performance and proactively managing risks
