Service Delivery Manager

Allied Security is a privately owned, nationwide company delivering security services to a wide range of customers for over 28 years.

This Senior role in our business is a rare opportunity to join NZ's leading Security provider at a senior management level, these roles are tightly held and rarely available.

The Region: Our Manawatu/Taranaki operation has in excess of 200 FT staff from Levin to New Plymouth

Our client base is extensive from Central and Local Goverment, Regional Industry Manufacturing and a who's who of the local business community.
 

The Service Delivery Manager is a newly created position to enhance our delivery to our localised client base whilst playing a key role in the companies ongoing expansion.

The role is critical in ensuring the delivery of service across our cleint base, whilst mentoring and developing our teams on a daily base.

Reporting to the GM , this role is critical to the Allied network and our future business plans.

The role is Monday to Friday with afterhours calls due to then nature of the security business.

Experience in managing staff is essential.

- Staff management and development
- HR
- Client Liaison and Management
- Training and development

Ideal applicants should have the following

- Customer Service Experience
- Security License or Ability to obtain one (no criminal convictions in last 7 years) 
- High Level of personal presentation
- Ability to work in a wider team of a dynamic fast-moving business.
- Relevant computer skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- NZ Drivers License
- Be active and physically mobile
- Ability to maintain and develop stakeholder relations
