Service Delivery Manager - Wellington Super Depot | Wellington We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Wellington team. Based from our new Wellington Super Depot in Grenada this is a busy, hands on operational leadership role ensuring the smooth running of our Wellington sites.On a day-to-day basis this role is one of two SDMs based at this site who are overseeing our courier contractors, leading and managing front line service delivery staff, managing resourcing needs, financial management, and overseeing the health and wellbeing of the team. The position is responsible for ensuring that service standards are being consistently met or exceeded. That customers are responded to professionally and issues are effectively resolved in a timely manner that builds on our brand.This role has a Monday to Friday working week however as we operate a 24/7 operation it is expected that our SDMs have some flexibility to be on site at other times when required.As the ideal candidate for this role you will have significant experience leading and managing a busy operations or logistics type environment. You will have well developed leadership skills including a coaching and development focus for direct reports.
