About the Role
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll play a key role in coordinating site installations and services.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure installations stay on track, on time, and on budget. Your ability to manage schedules, track milestones, and document key deliverables will help create a seamless customer experience ensuring a successful end to end journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate site installation schedules, track milestones, and update timelines to ensure project goals stay on target.
Collaborate with team members to identify, communicate, and mitigate process roadblocks.
What you will need to be successful:
A passion for supporting customers through complex changes
Approximately 2+ years of experience in service provisioning, project coordination or similar
Sound understanding of ICT technologies, such as Firewalls, switching and Wifi
Ability to work independently, making decisions with minimal managerial oversight.
Strong understanding of service delivery, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar, Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of the telecommunications sector is advantageous; commitment to support the education sector is essential

Dependable and detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills to engage confidently with all levels of internal staff and key external stakeholders (including customer, schools, partners and suppliers).
Brings a high level of integrity, a sense of urgency, and a proactive approach to achieving installation outcomes.
Outstanding organisational skills, enabling effective management of multiple installations simultaneously.
A clear communicator that’s able to adjust your communication style dependent on your audience
Skilled in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality, maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
