You willcollaborate on the transition of service designs to fully implement, smooth and effective deployment and transition/handover to BAU and operations.Key deliverables Include:Consultation with ICT services to ensure that the operational readiness requirements have been fully documented. Delivery of a detailed plan to achieve the operational outcomes and handover of the service to BAU, with a focus on how the service will be managed through the transitional state.Developing a comprehensive service design, including the technical support matrix, processes, and key operational interactions. This document will outline scope, description and details of each outsourced service and associated SLAs, governance, billing and financeSupporting the development of new processes including MoPS / SOPs / KBAsWorking with the organisation and operational representative to enable functions to stand-up the new structure.Working with other agency Service Designers to understand new service management framework (operating changes, system / process / people changes) to review and confirm future state operating model, including options, document all future functions, services, vendor contracts, processes, procedures, technology and role responsibilities.Provide input and recommendations into the future operating model and proposed organisational design to support PSN LMR final state.If this sounds like, apply today!Benefits of working as a Service Designer / Service Delivery Lead in Wellington Central, Wellington:?
