Job Description - Service Desk Analyst

At Accessable, we’re proud to support the community by providing vital services and solutions to people with disabilities. We’re now looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team based in Airport Oaks, Auckland.


This is more than just a helpdesk role – it’s your opportunity to combine technical support with hands-on involvement in troubleshooting application issues and testing changes. You’ll play a key role in supporting a customised Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service, and Finance & Operations platform that continues to evolve to meet our business needs.



What You’ll Do



  • Be the first point of contact for technical issues from staff, delivering excellent customer service

  • Support and maintain our desktop infrastructure and user hardware

  • Troubleshoot software and application issues alongside the development team

  • Assist with testing, change management, and ongoing improvement of our custom platform

  • Help manage service desk tickets and support documentation efficiently and accurately

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the best technology outcomes for the business



What you’ll bring 



  • A tertiary qualification in IT and experience in computer engineering

  • At least 3 years of experience in a service desk or IT support role

  • A keen interest in software development – training or experience is a plus

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft services, Active Directory, networking, and desktop support

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills across all levels

  • A proactive mindset, ability to multitask, and a structured approach to problem-solving

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
