About the role

• We are seeking a Service Electrician to join our Waikato team, working on a diverse range of service and maintenance tasks across the energy industry.


• This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will spend much of your time in the field, trusted to deliver high-quality results, while being supported by a team of skilled colleagues who want you to succeed.


• Carry out service, maintenance and repair work on critical technical equipment across customer sites.


• Diagnose faults and resolve issues to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations.


• Install and commission new systems and equipment to specification.


• Complete all job documentation, reporting and compliance requirements accurately and on time.


• Work closely with colleagues and customers to plan and complete tasks efficiently.


• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures at all times to keep yourself and others safe.


• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly, being reliable and delivering quality work.

About you:

• You will be a qualified electrician with 10 plus years' experience in the industry.


• You will bring a practical mindset, combined with the ability to think quickly and effectively on your feet. You will be confident working independently and capable of managing small projects without direct supervision.
