Service Electrician - Get Hired Fast

This company is the world leader in the sales and service of vehicle cleaning solutions. In NZ they have already an impressive fleet of car washes up and running with more orders for new units on the books for 2024.

This Field-based role will have you travelling around NZ installing, servicing, and repairing vehicle washing systems. We’re looking for fully qualified electrician (EWRB registered) with both a well-rounded base of practical skills and excellent customer service. The bulk of the workload will be routine/scheduled servicing of existing clients, but should there be a breakdown, it’s up to you to get a site, identify the issue and come up with a safe and practical solution.

On the job, you will be working with electrical controls, single & 3 phase power systems, proximity switches, bearings, motors, and water/chemical pumps.

To be eligible for this role you will need:

• Full Electrical registration with the EWRB
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Top-notch customer service
• Available for on-call / weekend work (on occasion)
• Able to self-organise and plan jobs/workload.
• Current NZ driver's licence
• Safe work practices

On offer is salary reflective of skills and ability. This is a monday to Friday role, normal daytime hours with some on-call rostering, shared out amongst the team giving you guaranteed time off. You will work with an established reputable brand that is the leader in the market.
