Service Manager

We’re looking for a service manager to join our well-established, locally owned and operated refrigeration and air conditioning business. Based in Tauranga, this role is key to leading our service team, maintaining job site excellence and delivering exceptional results for our commercial clients.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll ensure service standards are met, build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, and take pride in a safe, productive work environment. 

ABOUT YOU:

You’re a confident, organised leader with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality service. You communicate clearly, plan effectively and know how to bring out the best in your team. You have the technical industrial refrigeration skills to be able to lead by example.

YOU WILL NEED:

• Refrigeration & HVAC Trade Cert (Level 4 or higher)


• Proven leadership and scheduling experience


• Strong relationship building and communication skills


• A proactive, safety-focused mindset


• The ability to support technicians hands-on when needed


• Experience working with commercial clients and subcontractors
