We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead the service department for a top franchise automotive dealership in the beautiful Hamilton area. Benefits

  • Lead and manage the service department team including technicians, service advisors, and support staff
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all service activities and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Day-to-day training of service advisors, call centre staff, and other customer facing staff
  • Oversee the warranty department




Skills sought

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Service Manager within an automotive dealership or automotive service environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyse and improve service processes, performance, and achievement of KPIs
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
