The job: The position of Service Technician is critical to upholding the company's commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and installation services for pools and spas. Key requirements include:
- Technical maintenance and repair (full training provided)
- Pool and spa installation (full training provided)
- Relationship management
- Customer Service
- General Administration

The ideal candidate: Practical and pragmatic, you will have great initiative and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Experience or a background in building, plumbing, irrigation and/or mechanics would be preferrable but is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
You will be a self-starter who can work autonomously as well as within a team. You must be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
While this is a permanent full-time role some flexibility with working hours is also required.
You will be eligible to work permanently in New Zealand and hold a valid NZ driver’s license.
