• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and designers to conceptualize and develop new software programs and applications on the ServiceNow platform. 
• Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and other platform components. 
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications and systems, using REST APIs and other relevant technologies. 
• Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and tools to meet business needs. 
• Work closely with other engineering teams to gain bottom-up consensus in delivering technology solutions. 
• Liaise with the product owner and architects to explore and suggest appropriate technical solutions to achieve the required features while safeguarding functionality, scalability, and performance. 
• Provide support to the DevOps culture, continuously improving the practice of DevOps. 
• Hit the open road before the holiday traffic - because we start long weekends early.
