We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Specialist within our ICT Corporate Workflow product team in ICT.
The role will be responsible for managing incidents, requests, technical improvements and enhancements with the ServiceNow platform, which will require knowledge in the ServiceNow platform, as well as application support and development practices and a good knowledge of service-centred management processes and procedures. The role is a pivotal one within the ICT Corporate Workflow product team as its primary function is to work alongside our support service groups including HR, Finance, ICT and WFM to provide value to our business from our ServiceNow platform.
In addition to dealing with day-to-day incidents and requests there will be opportunities to work on developing enhancement solutions for our wider ICT and business. This includes supporting the Technical Product Owner in continuous service improvement activities and governance for ServiceNow as a platform within our environment. Proven customer service skills and relationship building and management capability are key requirements for the role.
