Due to expansion we are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Settlements team in our Dunedin office. This role would be suitable for an experienced administrator, or someone with an interest in the stock market.
High numerical accuracy with outstanding organisational skills are essential as the successful candidate will be: processing financial transactions, working to tight deadlines, prioritising work generated via email requests as well as reconciling records and rectifying any discrepancies.
This role involves liaising with internal and external parties, therefore it is essential that candidates possess clear, professional written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to maintain a positive attitude with a willingness to help others.
Full training around our internal systems and procedures will be provided; however applicants will require an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word as well as sound knowledge of arithmetic.
As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate a high standard of integrity along with an ability to work well as a team member, especially during periods of peak market activity.
