Auckland Council’s Customer and Shared Services (CSS) division has an opportunity for a Shared Services Catalogue Manager to join the CSS Executive Office team.
This is a newly established role that will help shape how shared services are defined, governed, measured and improved across Council and its council-controlled organisations (CCO’s).
You'll be responsible for maintaining the service catalogue as the single source of truth for CSS services, whilst helping establish the foundations needed for a modern, customer-focused shared services model.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, improving the way organisations work, and influencing positive change across multiple teams.

This role requires experience in service management, service delivery, product management, business improvement or customer-focused operational environments. You may have gained this experience within large, complex organisations, shared services environments, technology or customer-centric businesses.
