We are on the hunt for someone who will become an essential part of our store leadership team.  We want someone who has the leadership skills to nurture and guide an enthusiastic and dedicated team while sharing their passion for amazing food and genuine customer service. This is a hands-on role where you will be working alongside your team members, coaching and mentoring them and ensuring that our high standards are met.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

-       Providing an outstanding customer experience

-       Managing stock, including ordering, merchandising, date-checking, and managing markdowns and wastage

-       Supervising operations across the store

-       Coaching and leading a team of direct reports

We will be considering applicants who:

-       Have retail leadership experience (at least 1 year) and experience working in the food retail industry (at least 2 years)

-       Experience and understanding of FMCG and or retail environment

-       Have knowledge of NZ food retail compliance and stock control processes

-       It would also help if you have relevant qualifications and license's such as First Aid Certificate, Duty Managers Certificate and/or a current Forklift license

The salary band for this role is from $66,000 - $71,000 per annum for a 45-hours per week working across Sunday – Thursday. We also offer fantastic benefits (including free barista coffee, store product discounts, and your birthday off!), and opportunities for growth and advancement.
