Shift Supervisor - Join a Leading Company

We are looking for four full-time shift supervisors who has a proven background in a management, as a shift Supervisor you will working in hands on management position. leading from the front, motivating your team while ensuring clients receive outstanding service and quality.

You must have:

• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to solve workplace challenges or conflicts
• Ability to work within budgets of running a profitable business
• Timely reporting requirements
• Expenence to train Employee for their role
• Expenence in reconciling reports and administration work is an advantage

Experience Required

- Previous relevant supervisory work experience or at least six-month supervisory experience.

Minimum Hours per week: 30 hours
