ABOUT THE ROLE

• Work on a high profile project $50M in value
• Working in a close knit team who are driven by excellence
• Prepare site logistics plans, amenities, traffic management systems
• Work with site teams & contractors to ensure construction works are delivered on time, within budget and efficiently 
• Prepare and update look ahead programmes
• Co-ordinate storage, goods and materials
• Ensure H&S standards are adhered to

Skills / Experienced Required

• Must have 6 years or more experience working as a Site Manager on Commercial or Industrial construction projects $30M+
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive approach to cost management
• Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and negotiate effectively
• Keen eye for detail
• Relevant Degree or Similar level qualification in Construction/Civil
