We specialise in commercial & industrial construction, our projects ranging in value and complexity. 

About the Role

We are on the hunt for a Site Manager that has experience within the commercial construction industry to join our team. This role will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to; offices, warehouses, childcare, industrial units and much more!

Key Responsibilities 

• Effective management, planning, implementation and checking of all on site construction personnel & activities.
• Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and without compromising quality or safety. 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (including teammates, subcontractors, suppliers & site stakeholders)
• Leading by example and ensuring appropriate health and safety attitudes and behaviours are followed.

Key Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ experience in a comparable commercial Site Manager position
• A strong focus on leadership to accomplish the delivery of great quality projects.
• Solid local industry knowledge. 
• The ability to problem solve and drive successful projects with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
