Site Manager - Developer - Tauranga

Highly successful Developer needs an experienced Site Manager with solid facades experience to join its dynamic team. The role is to be based in Tauranga and this progressive developer prides themselves in delivering high quality project.

We are seeking a Site Manager with large commercial structure build experience ($40m +). The project has ‘grown legs’  and will offer the successful candidate a good challenge.

• Opportunity to start Immediately or following a 4-week notice period. 

  
They are seeking an experienced Site Manager in who can demonstrate previous success with established contractors or developers. You will value key relationships and have strong presentation and management skills and be able to work in a team but equally comfortable and reliable working autonomously.
You will be reporting to the Senior PM and will initially be responsible for overseeing packages within a $70m + project. It is anticipated you will have a sound contractual understanding and importantly you will be required to utilize your excellent communication & interpersonal skills to liase with suppliers and architects, whilst continually representing the company in a professional manner. 
To be suitable for this position it is anticipated that you will possess the following; 

• Ideally a NZ experience with quals in Construction, Construction Management or similar tertiary qualification.
• Will have worked in the construction industry for a minimum of 10 years, ideally in the form of Site Manager, Site based PM or similar.

Must have NZ citizenship or Perm residency to apply
