Job Description - Site Reliability Engineer

The client is a highly successful New Zealand e-commerce company that has expanded its footprint over the past 20 years. They are now planning to double their growth with a new e-commerce service set to be released later this year. As part of this expansion, they are seeking an all-rounded DevSecOps professional to join their team.

Requirements

This is a leading role with a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining BAU, managing security, peer reviews, release management, web application security, and contributing to the design and architecture of new solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Linux Admin, Docker, AWS, CI/CD, configuration management, CDN, security, risk assessment, vulnerability searching, pen testing, patching, backups, disaster recovery/BCP, and documentation. Experience in QA automation and PHP development is a plus.There is an on-call aspect to this position.
