Not Your Typical Civil Supervisor Role
If you're looking for a role where every day looks the same, this isn't it.
We're recruiting for a hands-on Site Supervisor to join a specialist civil team delivering complex Three Waters infrastructure projects across Auckland (with some projects across the North Island). You'll be leading crews working on critical water and wastewater assets, often in challenging environments where clients rely on your team to diagnose, manage and resolve problems safely and efficiently.
One day you could be supervising repairs on a large-diameter watermain. The next you could be coordinating emergency wastewater works, working around live assets, or delivering specialist infrastructure projects for major utility clients.
This is a working supervisor role. We need someone who leads from the front, isn't afraid to get their boots dirty, and can earn the respect of their crew through experience and action.

A Final Note
These roles aren't suited to everyone.
