Reporting to
Marketing Manager, Hunters Element, this role is ultimately accountable to the Chief Growth Officer.
The purpose of this position
To be the caretaker of Hunters Element’s online presence – our digital custodian – curating, growing and nurturing loyalty and community around our brand, through outstanding content strategy, planning, creation, and execution. Reporting to and closely collaborating with the Hunters Element Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for inbound marketing activities, including social media, blogs, EDM flows, loyalty, and influencer activity, and supports the E-commerce Manager’s efforts by generating reach and engagement.
Guided by the brand strategy and with support from the Hunters Element Marketing Manager, this role leads community management and content marketing through:
Work with the marketing manager to develop content strategy for Hunters Element that supports company and brand strategic objectives, and amplifies key themes that underscore the brand’s key point of difference
Develop a content plan & schedule/calendar aligned to the marketing plan, and defining key activities across earned and owned media
Collaborate with product design and creative teams to produce high quality content, from social media posts, video scripts, and long-form articles to guides, EDM’s, video & downloadable content.
Research, write and create engaging, accurate, and valuable content for specific audiences.
Track, analyse, update, and repurpose content for all brand organic channels.
EDM flowsCollaborate with the Marketing Manager and E-Commerce Manager to plan the EDM schedule in line with the marketing plan, and seasonal calendar.
Create and release regular email content to a high standard.
Manage and grow the HE email database
Implement and improve email flows and email-based sales growth strategies.
Social Media ManagementManage all HE SM channels, including content planning, execution & performance tracking
Grow our brand following and share of voice across all agreed SM channels
Moderate community conversations
Analytics Track, analyse, improve and report on content marketing, & social channel performance Influencer Programme Manage and develop our influencer, pro teamer and content creator community Additional Duties Any other pertinent duties as allocated from time to time by the Marketing Manager or Chief Growth Officer
