Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our marketing priorities and our content production capabilities, ensuring that all essential social media content is effectively coordinated and scheduled.  Reporting the Marketing Manager, you will work alongside a media buyer, marketing technical assistant, and a content creator. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct PR research, outreach, scheduling, and management to secure media opportunities
  • Research and execute podcast distribution plans to reach new audiences
  • Update and manage LinkedIn profiles and postings
  • Post weekly “what’s coming up” updates, wins posts, team stories, and other organic content
  • Schedule and post podcast reels and testimonial reels (created by our content creator)
  • Keep content libraries full, ensuring organic content is scheduled two weeks in advance
  • Reply to social media comments within 24 hours (during work hours)
